Payment
Payment for the ordered products and goods is made using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, AMEX, JCB).
Delivery
Please note that FedEx has the possibility of leaving the delivery on the doorstep in certain neighbourhoods in the USA that are defined as “residential areas” if the addressee is not there. The company Demel is not liable for shipments that cannot be delivered to the recipient’s address if the address given is wrong or incomplete or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery for any reason. The desired delivery date can be noted when filling out the order form; however, we cannot guarantee the delivery on the day requested as the express mail service has stated that there are different delivery times for the different time zones.
Prices
The products are billed in € and include 10% VAT. Depending on the country where the product is to be delivered, additional custom duties or taxes can be applicable. The goods on offer are subject to confirmation and non-binding. The goods will remain our property until these are fully paid. Court of Jurisdiction: Vienna, Austria.
Customer complaints
All of the products are checked by our staff before they are shipped. Please take note of the shelf-life and storage references. We are not liable for our products if theses are used in any non-food-safe or foodstuff-law compatible manner after these have been delivered.

This information cannot be read by unauthorized persons when it is transmitted via the Internet. When encoded the data you provided is transformed into a code that can be securely transmitted using the Internet. By this our customers are optimally safeguarded against any unauthorized access.
